6.1 Deposits. All deposits to your 88ee account must be made using payment methods officially supported by 88ee, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and cash deposit through the 88ee agent network. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 88ee reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available to verified account holders only. All withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to payment method availability and 88ee's internal verification procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 88ee processes most JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 15 minutes; bank transfers may take up to one business day.

6.4 Currency. All transactions on the 88ee platform are conducted exclusively in PKR. 88ee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any attempt to deposit in a non-PKR currency will be declined at the payment processor level.
6.5 Own Funds. 7.3 Bonus Validity. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited to your account. Unused or partially wagered bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the validity period and will be removed from your account without compensation.

Such determination will result in removal of the bonus balance and may result in account suspension.
7.6 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to players who have fully completed KYC verification. 88ee reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on player account history, geographic location, payment method used, or any other criteria it deems appropriate.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. 88ee reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Bets are only deemed accepted once a confirmation reference number has been generated and displayed to the player in the 88ee betting interface.
8.2 Errors. In the event of a palpable error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or bet settlement — whether caused by human error, software malfunction, or data feed failure — 88ee reserves the right to void and re-settle affected bets at correct prices or correct outcomes. 8.3 Game Malfunction. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88ee platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
10.1 Suspension by 88ee. 88ee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, poses a regulatory compliance risk, or if continued operation of the account would expose 88ee to legal, financial, or reputational harm.
10.2 Forfeiture of Balances. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions — including fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse — 88ee reserves the right to forfeit the entirety of the account balance, including any real money deposits, pending withdrawals, and bonus credits. This right is exercised proportionately and documented internally.
10.3 Closure by Player. You may close your 88ee account at any time by contacting the 88ee support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
10.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as inactive. 88ee reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts following written notification to the player's registered contact address. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, third-party payment processor issues, and other technical events may affect platform availability from time to time. 88ee will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 88ee.
88ee collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and 88ee.
By registering an 88ee account, you consent to 88ee collecting, storing, and processing your personal data — including identity documents provided during KYC, transaction records, betting history, device information, and communication records — for the purposes of account administration, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and service improvement.
